  • Vinyasa Yoga with Lila Donnolo and Skylor Powell at Yoga Bhoga   Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday noon to 1:15 pm. Join us for yoga in a playful and powerful ashtanga-inspired style. Lila's passion shines in sharing the pathway to peace and clarity through yoga - on and off the mat. She has a talent for presenting the details and complexities of the tradition with great simplicity. Skylor will have you inspired and take practice to new levels. Both Lila and Skylor also offer classes at many other times throughout the week to keep you progressing! All levels are welcome at any of these classes.

  • Power Yoga with Denise Payne  Join Denise Fridays from 5:30-7 pm at Yoga Bhoga for a fun class drawing poses from ashtanga first through fourth series. Ashtanga-style sun salutations, vinyasas, levitation and euphoria. For fit beginners through advanced -- come have some fun with a more challenging practice. Feel free to skip a few things and work into the more impossible stuff graduallly. We cycle through a broad assortment of poses to give you a different blend of inversions, arm balances, fun backbends, challenging hip opening work and more each week. Full time students can do an $8 drop-in.

  • 10 am Tuesday and Thursday Vinyasa Yoga with Alicia Johnson at Yoga Bhoga Join Alicia in the mornings for an adventurous mix of asana, pranayama and fun. Ashtanga-inspired but with different creative sequencings each time. A balanced workout to strengthen, stretch and give you a great mid-day adventure. And don't forget our 11 am Sunday Vinyasa class with Meghan Maris.

  • Start the Weekend Early!  We have a Vinyasa Flow class at Yoga Bhoga on Fridays with Skylor Powell at 3:30 pm. Tired of work? Leave early on Fridays and join Skylor for a dynamic class that will start the weekend right. She teaches an energetic flowing blend drawing from a variety of sources including traditional hatha practice as well as Ashtanga First and Second series. Skylor also teaches our Noon Vinyasa class at on Fridays. She also teaches the Vinyasa class at 4:30 pm on Saturdays. Is that enough for you to choose from?

  • 3:30 pm Vinyasa Yoga with Lila Donnolo   Every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 to 5 pm. Skip out of work early and join us for a dynamic class that'll leave you ready for an evening of fun!

  • $8 Drop-in Vinyasa classes for Students  Full time students (with ID) can now drop-in for $8 to any class on the schedule at Yoga Bhoga or One Song Yoga.
