- Vinyasa Yoga with Blair Holt
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday noon
to 1:15 pm at Yoga Bhoga.
Join us for yoga in a playful and powerful ashtanga-inspired
style. Blair's passion shines in sharing the pathway to
peace and clarity through yoga - on and off the mat. She has a
talent for presenting the details and complexities
of the tradition with great simplicity. All levels are welcome at
all of these classes.
- Power Yoga with Denise
Payne Join Denise Mondays or Fridays
from 5:30-7 pm for a fun class drawing poses from ashtanga
first through fourth series. Ashtanga-style sun salutations,
vinyasas, levitation and euphoria. For fit beginners through
advanced -- come have some fun with a more challenging practice.
Feel free to skip a few things and work into the more impossible
stuff graduallly. We cycle through a broad assortment of poses to
give you a different blend of inversions, arm balances, fun
backbends, challenging hip opening work and more each week. Unlike
these Monday and Friday "ashtanga remix" classes, Denise's
Wednesday 5:30 class is traditional series Ashtanga -- full
First Series. Full time students can do a $10 drop-in.

Vinyasa Yoga with Blair Holt and Joy Seiber
Join Blair Tuesdays or Joy on Thursday mornings
for an adventurous mix of asana, pranayama
and fun. Ashtanga-inspired but with different creative sequencings
each time. A balanced workout to strengthen, stretch and give you
a great mid-day adventure.

Early! We have a Vinyasa Flow class on Friday
with Heather Rice at 3:30 Tired of work? Leave early
on Fridays and join Heather for a dynamic class that will start
the weekend right. She teaches an energetic flowing blend drawing
from a variety of sources including traditional hatha practice as
well as ashtanga first and second series. Heather also teaches
Classical Hatha at Yoga Bhoga 10am Mondays, Wednesdays and
Fridays.
- $10 Drop-in Vinyasa classes for
Students Full time students (with ID) can
now drop-in for $10 to any class opn the schedule.
